För studenter på kursen Komplex morfologisk vävnadsanalys med multistaining och imaging (7,5 hp) kurskod 3BL010
Kursens övergripande mål är att ge fördjupad kunskap inom moderna multifärgstekniker och bildförvärvningstekniker och deras roll inom diagnostisk patologi och forskning.
Kursen innefattar både medicinsk/biologisk teori och metodteori med fokus på utveckling, validering och analys av data. I kursen ingår att tillämpa ett bildanalysarbetesflöde med hjälp av bildanalysprogramvara från inledande bildberedning till dataanalys och presentation.

The majority of the course will be held in English. The course begins on Monday March 30th and ends on Friday June 5th and will be conducted fully online.
Important information:
- The introductory lecture will be provided as an online video lecture meant to be watched on the first day of the course.
- A mandatory quiz regarding the introductory lecture will need to be submitted by each student.
- Q and A sessions will take place every other Wednesday at 17-18 on Zoom.
- TBL sessions and Project work presentations will take place on Fridays 9-16 on Zoom.
